What happens when you prepare a file.
The editor should feel predictable, especially when a form deadline is close. This page explains the normal workflow without legal fog.
1. You choose a file
The editor reads the file you select. Unsupported or very large files may be refused to protect mobile stability.
2. The browser prepares it
Image resizing, compression, preview, and many PDF actions run locally in the browser. Weak phones may use lower internal render sizes to reduce crashes.
3. You choose requirements
Presets set export targets such as dimensions, format, and KB. They do not submit anything to SSC, UPSC, UGC NET, Railway, EPFO, GST, or other portals.
4. You verify before download
The export card shows dimensions, target/result size, and PDF page count where available. Always compare with the official portal instructions.
5. You download and submit
Saraskala prepares the file. Final acceptance depends on the external portal, its current rules, and the exact file you submit.
When things fail
Common causes include wrong crop framing, blurry source photos, scanned shadows, password-protected PDFs, or portal rules that changed recently.
