Refund Policy
Refund handling should be fair, practical, and tied to what was actually purchased or delivered.
Free public tools
Free browser tools do not require a refund because there is no purchase for basic public use.
Incorrect charges
If a payment is duplicated, accidental, or technically incorrect, contact support with transaction details so it can be reviewed.
Digital subscriptions
Where paid digital access exists, refund eligibility depends on usage, activation, billing period, payment gateway status, and stated plan terms at purchase time.
Enterprise and custom work
Custom implementation, consultation, deployment, and project work are generally milestone-based. Refunds or adjustments follow the proposal, invoice, SLA, or written agreement.
Portal acceptance
A third-party portal rejecting a file does not automatically create a refund right, because external rules and validators are outside Saraskala control.
